Review: "Mr. and Mrs. Darcy Series" by Carrie Bebris

I loved this series of mysteries inspired by Jane Austen’s novels. The mysteries are not your modern day thriller but each plot is enjoyable and intricately involves the characters from the original novels. One of the best aspects of the novel was the unexpected characters who come in and out of the plot. The portrayal of Elizabeth and Darcy’s relationship is loyal to the original, with all of the wit and affection between the couple delicately written. Thank you to Sydney for the recommendation!

  2. I am so happy you got there safely and it sounds like you are already having a blast! I tried commenting earlier but, it turns out, I had to set up a blog to do that....which took me a few days. I am looking forward to hearing about all of your experiences. The pictures of the abbey were beautiful. Reading your blog will be fascinating for me because I've never been to Bath. :) I will save the more detailed aspects of Rochester life for e-mails but I look forward to commenting on your blog.
