Italy Part 1: Venice

Venice was sublime and I got to really explore the city in the two days that I was there. We visited the basilica and the famous Venetian square and took a water taxi to the island of Murano where we saw the famed Murano glassblowing families in action. I also took another gondola ride with Michelle and Alex and ate gelato twice a day! If I ever have the opportunity to go again, I'd love to see the Venetian Carnival.
