Review: Summer at Tiffany by Marjorie Hart

As one could imagine any memoir about working at the famous Tiffany's is more than charming, it's simply classic. With all of the depth and detail necessary for a good memoir, Hart artfully details her summer in New York City in 1945, describing more than jewelry in this stunning memoir set at the end of WWII.

Review: The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

I brought The Night Circus with me to visit a friend this weekend, knowing I had some very long train rides and would need a good book. Little did I know that The Night Circus would be one of my favorite books that I've read this year. Following the story of a circus of dreams and two battling "magicians" the book was impossible to put down and the world Morgenstern creates never leaves your mind. Full of dark twists and startlingly beautiful language The Night Circus is a gem.
